1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the rbje platform, accessible at rbje.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rbje platform — including but not limited to the casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, and any promotional features — you unconditionally accept these Terms.

1.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the rbje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and rbje.

1.3 rbje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, rbje will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account.

1.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

2.1 The rbje platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. rbje enforces age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process required before processing any withdrawal.

2.2 It is a serious violation of these Terms to allow any person under the age of 21 to access or use your rbje account. If rbje has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held pending investigation.

2.3 rbje reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the rbje support team may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that use of the rbje platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. rbje makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in every location from which it may be accessed.

3.1 To use the rbje platform, you must register a single account using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the rbje platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. rbje uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

3.3 If duplicate accounts are identified, rbje reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any winnings generated across those accounts, and retain any deposit balances pending investigation. Players found operating duplicate accounts to abuse bonus offers will be permanently banned from the platform.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. rbje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.5 You must notify the rbje support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. rbje will investigate promptly and may temporarily lock the account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the investigation is ongoing.

3.6 Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Allowing another person to access or operate your rbje account — whether for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or any other activity — is a violation of these Terms.

4.1 rbje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

4.3 All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. rbje reserves the right to reverse such transactions and suspend the associated account.

4.4 Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and proof of ownership of the payment account used for deposits.

4.5 rbje targets withdrawal processing times of within minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets only and not guaranteed — rbje will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 rbje does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local Bangladeshi payment methods. Fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider are outside rbje's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

4.7 rbje reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. During such reviews, funds may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. rbje will communicate the status and expected timeline of any such review to the account holder by email.

5.1 rbje offers a welcome deposit bonus of 100% match up to ৳20,000 for new account holders, subject to the wagering and eligibility requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus terms are published in plain English in the Promotions section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

5.2 All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

5.3 Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms: (a) only one bonus may be active at a time; (b) bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used; (c) bonus funds may not be transferred or withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

5.5 Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to using duplicate accounts, exploiting loopholes, placing low-risk offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus claims with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.1 All bets placed on the rbje platform are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference is generated, the bet cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player, except where rbje determines that a manifest error has occurred.

6.2 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, game malfunction, or data feed failure — rbje reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. rbje's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

6.3 All casino games and RNG-based products on rbje — including slots, bingo, and virtual games — operate with certified random number generation. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, account balance, bet size, or any other external factor. Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as displayed in the game interface.

6.4 Sports betting markets on rbje are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type. Settlement rules are displayed within the relevant market. Cricket markets follow ICC standard rules unless otherwise stated. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply.

6.5 Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. The applicable limits are displayed in the relevant betting market at the time of bet placement. rbje reserves the right to apply reduced limits to specific markets, accounts, or events at its sole discretion.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbje platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share information for competitive advantage, or coordinate betting strategies to exploit platform rules.
• Money laundering — using the rbje platform to deposit, transfer, or obscure the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identity information to circumvent account restrictions, bans, or bonus eligibility requirements.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile financial service provider while retaining platform winnings.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

7.2 rbje cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player's activity on the platform constitutes a criminal offence, we will report the activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with any resulting investigation.

8.1 rbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the rbje support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

8.3 In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, rbje reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation.
